Each year in the United States over $444 billion dollars is spent on mental health care costs; the majority of which goes into lost productivity and disability payments. Without early intervention many people suffer, fall through the cracks, incarcerated, or destined to become a second class citizen.
The causes of mental illness would be best categorized as a split in an individual’s energy body due to trauma. This source of trauma could be violence, abuse, sexual assault, chemical, biological, frequency, or astral. Science has shown memories are stored outside the body within the holographic shell of the auric filed, whereas the mind is simply a computer which processes this information. If we can alter the energy around the body it stands to reason we can alter the cognitive abilities of an individual. This is the basis of vibrational medicine such as homeopathy and radionics. The good news is there are technologies available now that can alter this energy field in a low cost noninvasive manner. A team of geneticists recently converted frog eggs into salamander embryos by simply exposing them to lasers which contained the DNA frequency of a different species. If we can modify and transmit DNA patterns using this simple technique then imagine what can be created for those suffering from mental illness. We propose incorporating these technologies into a theme park resort setting with an underlying wellness attribute.
We choose a theme park because healing should be fun! Too many people have accepted the idea that healing needs to be a slow and painful. A theme park setting with a production studio will create a platform to introduce these technologies to the world in a way which will make them mainstream and widely accepted by the masses. The only problem is amusement parks aren’t very conducive to a healing environment. So we propose building beautiful gardens and monuments enhanced with holographic projections and alternative health technologies which would provide a relaxing environment and therapeutic setting.
Gardens in general are not considered very sexy or fashionable for the youth demographic which often drives 30% of theme park ticket sales. Garden Biodomes may provide a possible solution if it’s done right. For a while, this certainly was the case with the Eden Project, a three acre biodome located in Cornwall, UK that generated over £1.1bn of local economic activity in its first ten years of business from its original 2001, £141m ($199M USD) construction cost. Initial attendance reached over a million visitors a year, much higher than its original projection of 600,000 visitors; and during its first few years revenues reached £50m annually. Now, nearly 15 years later, the Eden Project is struggling to survive with positive cash flows of only £2m per year. Ninety percent of its revenue model is driven by attendance, so if patrons become bored from unchanging exhibits it can create a cascading chain leading to bankruptcy. The Eden Project employees about 400 people.
This phenomenon has happened to other theme park ventures. The 16 acre Tropical Island Resort 60km from Berlin converted a old airship hangar into a tropical island resort complete with a tropical garden, spa, pools, and village. It has a maximum capacity of 6,000 visitors a day or 2.2 million visitors a year and employees 500 people. In 2005, its first year of operation it attracted 975,000 visitors, according to the operators, but in order to remain financially viable they must attract 1.25 million visitors per year. In 2006 only 600,000 people attended. Part of the issue was the remoteness of the location and the disposable income of the people living around the resort is below the national average. To solve this issue overnight lodging was built which supplemented the income and increased attendance which brought the resort into profitability by 2008.
One way to reduce this risk is to copy the Disney and Universal Studios business model. Ticket sale pricing should target the top wealthy 10% of society. This demographic has more power, wealth, and influence over the rest of the population. They have more knowledge of everyone’s place in society and often make the rules for what is considered trendy. Appeasing this demographic with a fresh supply of new and novel content will make it easier to create the hype and revenue necessary to keep the customers coming. To attract publicity the theme park will have a film production studio that will serve as a diversified source of revenue and produce new novel content for the park.
Our business cycle looks something like this. First park ticket sales cover the enormous breakeven cost of running a park. More revenues are then generated from strategically placed kiosks selling overpriced souvenirs and memorabilia. Food venues and hotels profits would also benefit the bottom line. These revenues would then be plowed into film productions. These films would then create hype for the promotion of the brand which in turn generates box office ticket sales. The film revenues would then fund new park exhibits. This is the missing ingredient for the Eden Project; perhaps if they created a TV studio then revenues may still be expanding and growing today.
Our solution is Pantasia a 640 acre wellness resort in Mt Shasta, California with a 90 acre biodome complex, and a further 120 acres of glassed in exhibits, hotels, shopping complexes, and holographic and virtual reality production studios. All of this possibly built within our own nearby self-sustainable city of light laid out in accordance to sacred geometry, the latest modern technologies including a 310 mph magnovate maglev from the San Francisco hyperloop station all the way to Mt Shasta. The $5.8B dollar maglev cost can be funded from the savings of building a $7.5B southern California hyper loop instead of the $55B California High-Speed Rail. Additionally if funding was provided to purchase the surrounding land near the stations the increase of property values alone could pay for the project. This will drive commerce up into Northern California and the Mt Shasta region and connect the area into a market of 10 million people of Sacramento and San Francisco (VIA hyperloop). Mt Shasta currently brings in 26,000 tourists annually who visit the array of national parks, new age retreats, ski resorts. Tourism is severely limited by cold weather and lack of fast transport networks or airports. There are no amusement parks in the entire northern part of California which contains a population of 2.6 million people.
Near by will be a small town servicing the park which includes cybernetic government systems to reduce corruption, and a city owned bank which provides residents with many perks including free property taxes, free healthcare and higher education, discount housing and or a dividend to eliminate poverty. And then there is the unseen factor, potential spin off technologies that would create new investment opportunities, yet to be discovered.
Anaheim, Calif., is just 30 miles southeast of Los Angeles and is home to the famed Disney parks, Disneyland® Resort and Disney’s California Adventure® Park. In 2013 the Disney park hosted approximately 16.2 million guests, making it the third most visited park in the world that calendar year. According to a March 2005 Disney Company report 65,700 jobs are supported by the Disneyland Resort.
There is another facility similar to this in Cornwall, England known as the Eden Project. This facility is about the same size and scope as one of the three biodomes in Pantasia and cost about $150 million dollars to build and employees about 400 people. Immediately it became a huge success and is the third most popular tourist attraction in the UK and it paid off for itself within 2 years. As of 2012 the Eden Project brought in $62 million dollars of annual income. Now spinoff projects are discussed around the world such as in Singapore. Pantasia will be like the Eden Project and Tropical Island but contain the benefit of an amusement park and wellness center combined.
We are looking at tapping into a market size of $663b a year. This includes the US mental health market of $444b; and the 30,000 attractions (theme and amusement parks, water parks, family entertainment centers, zoos, science centers, museums, etc) of $219b with 375 million people visiting these attractions annually.
The Pantasia Resort is projected to attract 4 million visitors a year. We would differ from Disney and Universal Studios; because our focus strategy targets health and wellness allowing us to reach an audience much larger in size and scope than any other similar venue. We project an average ROI of 8.7% on the $1.2 billion dollar Pantasia Resort.
We have assembled a stellar team to make this happen including Disney imagineering artists, Fernando Vossa an architect trained in sacred geometry,Steven Kelly, former director of a multi million dollar laser and holographic skunk works operation. Jason Verbelli, free energy and alternative health researcher. And Robert Duncan artificial intelligence and synthetic telepathy engineer.
Pantasia sits on a 640 acre tract of land just outside of Mt Shasta, California. The indoor biodome complex would be laid out in a initiation journey adventure. Walking through each exhibit will help bring integration to the mind, body, and spirit as accordance with the seven colors of the rainbow, charkas, chohans , and ascended masters. With the main goal being an improvement of PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder) symptoms from a short visit. The park grounds contain two sections in one giant 180 acre infinity loop biodome. The infinity shaped biodome will be made from the next generation metal glass which is stronger then bullet proof glass and wont shatter or require ugly looking scaffolding. On the outer perimeter of one side of the infinity loop biodome is flanked with worlds largest indoor beach and infinity edge wave pool that intersects into a bank of 30 ft tall LCD wall screens which greets visitors a vibrant HD video footage of ocean front views.
The other half of the infinity loop contains a lush tropical garden embedded with holographic projections of fairies and mystical creatures based on the lost civilization of Avalon and Pan which was a epoch of humanity that existed 10 million years ago; long before the disappearance of Atlantis, Lemuria, and Mu. The garden features monuments with holographic theaters, shopping villages, wellness spas, roller coasters , tram rides, and sprawling water features.
Phase II will convert a portion of the tropical forest into the Land of Avalon featuring novel holographic sights and sounds as you walk through the village of Pan here you can meet Merlin, fairies, elves, butterflies. Lasers, sounds, and sacred geometry activating your unconscious memories. As you walk through the complex immersed in the story, you may remain totally unaware that you are also passing through PTSD treatment areas, such as a scalar room with a glass floor containing 100,000 quartz crystal points each connected up with fiber optic lasers.
Around the village of Avalon is a mystical rain forest containing many fragrant flowers which perfume the dome year round delighting the senses. Peacocks, parrots, hummingbirds and other song birds roam free bringing music to the air. Water features will amaze, excite, or calm your mind. Walk around the garden through winding paths into areas that are wild and mystical with many rocky outcroppings which conceal the holographic projectors of fairies, and elves, and creatures of a different era. As you walk down the path you may notice grassy mounds with giant quartz crystal stone hedge like outcroppings. These crystals are connected to an underground fiber optic cable system illuminated with lasers modulated at meditative love frequencies of 528hz.
Phase III will convert a portion of the forest into a recreation of the fable city of Telos . Revisit an ancient Lemurian structures such as seen on Easter Island and a 40 foot tall shungite crystal pyramid which contains more hologram shows portraying the history of Lemuria.
Phase IV will convert a portion of the forest into the emerald green Atlantean capital of Poseida. Watch a hologram story and learn the true history of Atlantis. Above you, view a giant 30 foot wide sphere containing millions of glowing quartz crystal points crystals similar to the 10 mile wide Atlantean moon that once graced the skies of Atlantis before it was destroyed 15,000 years ago.
Stroll through the Atlantean garden exhibit and enjoy architectural influences which contain Egyptian, Greek, and Sanskrit influences. The final and most grand feature of Atlantis is the Great Hall of Tien dedicated as a temple of time for life span enhancement. Marble carvings of the procession of the equinoxes can be seen on the floor and a recreated Ark of Covenant which is illuminated with holographic projections of ankhs and ark light of the seven rays of the chohans. The floors contain illuminated crystals with each color and sound vibration dedicated to one of the seven chakras.
Nearby is a holographic underwater pool containing holographic dolphins. You can walk (i.e.) swim through the holographic sea and visit the Temple of Dolphins to receive novel human-dolphin inter species messages powered with Patrick Flanagan’s Neurophone technology transmitting from wild dolphins implanted in the wild.
Around each of the biodomes are more hologram exhibits, rides, and gardens that contain lakes and an outdoor field arena for live hologram shows every night during the summer months. The park also contains a visitor center, parking facilities, superfood restaurants, gift shops, concession stands, and a 2000 room wellness resort and hotel, and a state of the art holographic virtual reality movie production facility which would help ensure profitability of the franchise.
The hotel(s) will contain a robotic check in staff, scalar treatment facilities in each room, and decorated with holographic projections such as an outdoor lunar projection and shungite flooring.
The hologram exhibits are supported by a laboratory and production studio with a class 100 clean room for laser, holography, and virtual reality research. Here cutting edge research is performed for spin off patents and productions for Disney and Hollywood.
